Founded in 2013 by Ayşe Dilek, ‘Food Project’ has been created
as a hub for food related services.

Born and raised in Ankara, Ayşe Dilek studied Tourism and Hotel
Management at Bilkent University and completed her MSc degree in Business Psychology at Westminster University in London.
She started her catering career in London, working as events
director for a London based events company. Following her
London experience, Ayşe returned to İstanbul in order to work
alongside Elif Yalın as a catering director for Delicatessen
Before founding Food Project, Ayşe worked in different areas of
the food and beverage industry for over 12 years. She chose to
create Food Project in order to combine her experience in the
food and catering industry with her personal taste and creative
